This elegant, sheer formula includes zinc oxide and octinoxate, UV filters. Zinc oxide is the best physical (mineral) filter affording protection across the entire UVA and UVB spectrum. It is suitable for sensitive, combination and breakout-prone skin, and is also well known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Octinoxate sits deeper in the skin providing a secondary layer of UVB protection. Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract further enhances the UVB protection.
This multitasking formula also contains antioxidant botanicals and red grape stem cells that provide powerful defence against everyday aggressors that age and damage the skin. Here are just a few of them:
Polygonum Aviculare Extract – antioxidant helping to protect against damage from environmental stressors including infra-red light.
Quercus Suber Bark Extract – this contains the key active suberin which forms a supportive network in the skin delivering a firming and smoothing action.
Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract – a powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory, this extract helps repair UV-induced DNA damage, offers UVB protection and reduces trans-epidermal water loss.
Vitis Vinifera Fruit Cell Extract – delivering the regenerative power of stem cells, this also reduces swelling, hydrates skin and contains nutrients that protect against environmental aggressors, including pollution.
Glycerin, jojoba seed oil and plant-derived squalane help skin to retain moisture.
Gluconolactone – a very gentle PHA (Poly-hydroxy Acid) this support expulsion of dead skin cells from the surface, giving more radiance to the complexion. Also enhances hydration and penetration of other key active ingredients.
Apply at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours or after sweating or swimming.

Zinc Oxide (nano)
A natural mineral. Acts as a barrier on your skin, reflecting and scattering sun rays. This barrier helps protect against both UVA and UVB radiation.
Isocetyl Stearate
Acts primarily as an emollient, giving the skin a soft and smooth appearance.
Cetyl Dimethicone
An emollient that helps the water-resistance of sunscreens and the spreadability of UV filters.
Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer
A film-forming polymer to create water-resistant sunscreens.
Sorbitol
A sugar substitute that helps skin hold on to moisture.
Ethyl Macadamiate
Derived from Macadamia Ternifolia Seed oil. Used as an emollient and skin conditioning agent.
Cetearyl Alcohol
A fatty alcohol, that works as an emollient and stabiliser.
Dimethicone
A silicone which creates a protective layer over the skin to prevent water loss. Also provides fluidity to help spread the product into the skin.
Acylates/Dimethicone Copolymere
Silicone-enhanced film-forming agent.
Phenoxy-ethanol
A safe and gentle preservative (found in nature in Green Tea). Kills bacteria and microorganisms; prolongs shelf life.
Glyceryl Stearate
An excellent emulsifier. A mixture of glycerin and fatty acid stearic acid.
Glycerin
A natural compound helps shield the skin from the environment and avoid irritation. Promotes softness to the skin. Protects and strengthens the skin barrier. Allows other ingredients to penetrate to uppermost layers of the skin.
Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/ Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer
A gelling agent that thickens, emulsifies and stabilises products and solutions.
PEG-100 Stearate
A very common surfactant and emulsifier.
Ceteareth-20
An emulsifier, stabiliser and thickener.
Ethylhexyl Salicylate
A chemical sunscreen filter commonly found in sunscreens. It has the ability to block UVB rays.
VP/Eicosene Copolymer
A pigment dispersant and suspending agent for sunscreens. Helps the product adhere to the skin.
Xanthan Gum
A natural chain of sugar molecules, used as a thickener and emulsion stabiliser.
Polymethyl Methacrylate
A synthetic polymer used to improve the texture of products.
Caprylyl Glycol
A fatty acid derived from caprylic acid boosts the effectiveness of preservatives and provides a skin-softening effect.
Cocos Nucifera Oil
A fatty acid derived from coconut oil.
Ethylhexylglycerin
A compound derived from grains and plants. Boosts the effectivenes of preservatives.
Vaccinium Vitis-Idaea Fruit Extract
A fruit extract which comes from a wild-growing Scandinavian-native berry. Antioxidant and skin calming properties.

Natural extract of the Cork Oak Bark. Improves skin texture.
Triethoxycaprylylsilane
A silicone that works as a binding agent and stabilises pigments in a product to help them spread easily.

Grape fruit cell extract. High in anti-ageing and antioxidant properties.
Sodium Benzoate
A safe preservative which primarily acts as an anti-fungal agent. It also kills bacteria and prolongs shelf life.
Lepidium Sativum Sprout Extract
Derived from Swiss garden cress. Inhibits melanin production to reduce hyperpigmentation.
Polysorbate 60
A surfactant used as an emulsifier, dispersant and solubiliser.
Sorbitan Isostearate
An emulsifier helps to distribute insoluble particles.
Ammonium Hydroxide
A clear liquid used to control the pH of a product.
BHT
A stabiliser and also acts as an antioxidant.

Tocopherol is the most common form of vitamin E. It helps to regulate cellular function, protect the skin from damage from the sun, and improve its barrier function. It has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
