Extending Your Clinic Revenue Online

Your Clinic Code links your patients’ online CellDerma purchases to your clinic.

When patients enter your unique code into their account, they receive the same pricing they would pay in clinic and your clinic earns commission on eligible online orders.

FAQ’s

A Clinic Code is a unique code assigned to your clinic. When patients enter this code in their CellDerma account, their eligible online purchases are linked to your clinic.

Once a patient enters your Clinic Code, your clinic earns commission on their eligible online CellDerma purchases. Tracking is automatic and no manual input is required.

Commission rates and payment schedules are outlined in your stockist agreement. If you need confirmation, please contact us.

No. There is no cost to activate your Clinic Code.

No. The patient only needs to enter your Clinic Code once. Their account remains linked to your clinic for future eligible purchases.

Patients connected to your Clinic Code receive preferential pricing — the same pricing they would pay in your clinic. This reinforces their relationship with you while allowing them to purchase conveniently online.

Patients with an existing account can enter your Clinic Code within their account settings to connect to your clinic.

If a patient places an online order without entering your Clinic Code, the purchase will not be linked to your clinic and no commission will be generated.

If they realise this after ordering, they should contact hello@cellderma.com as soon as possible for assistance.

Once a patient is connected to your Clinic Code, the link remains in place for future eligible purchases unless it is changed.

No. The Clinic Code system allows you to earn commission on eligible online orders even when the patient purchases directly from CellDerma.

No. The Clinic Code system is designed to complement in-clinic sales, not replace them. It captures purchases that would otherwise happen outside your clinic.
