As a stockist of CellDerma, you are bound by the terms of your contract and thus prohibited from selling our products to third party stockists in the UK or abroad. Our products are not registered for sale of use outside of the UK or Europe, and all products must be used in line with advice provided by a qualified CellDerma-trained clinician, therapist or beautician. CellDerma cannot be held responsible if our products are used outside of these parameters or for any resulting illness or injury.

Our product names are trademarked, and our brand name and logo belong to CellDerma.

CellDerma products must not be re-sold on any other e-commerce website.



We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

CellDerma reserve the right to operate a ‘fair usage’ policy for all discount codes and coupons in circulation. Some discount codes will also have limited usage. ‘Fair usage’ is at the discretion of CellDerma.



By purchasing CellDerma product(s), whether this is from CellDerma directly or through a third party, you agree to these terms and conditions.

CellDerma products are sold exclusively by CellDerma or registered stockists only. These stockists would have received proper training to offer advice and support for your skincare regimen. You agree not to re-sell any product purchased from any party and should you be dissatisfied with your purchase you must contact the person/persons who you purchased the product(s) from. This does not affect your statutory rights.
