By purchasing our products, you accept that the products are for your personal use, for use in- or for sale from- your clinic only, and that you must hold a Stripe account in order to receive commission gained from CellDerma purchases and sales.
As a stockist of CellDerma, you are bound by the terms of your contract and thus prohibited from selling our products to third party stockists in the UK or abroad. Our products are not registered for sale of use outside of the UK or Europe, and all products must be used in line with advice provided by a qualified CellDerma-trained clinician, therapist or beautician. CellDerma cannot be held responsible if our products are used outside of these parameters or for any resulting illness or injury.
Our product names are trademarked, and our brand name and logo belong to CellDerma.
CellDerma products must not be re-sold on any other e-commerce website.
LIMITED WARRANTIES

Delivery
We always try and ensure our products are dispatched and delivered as soon as we can. We use a variety of trusted couriers to ensure that your delivery arrives on time and in good condition. We have 1-2 day delivery as per DPD offering for UK mainland addresses. Please note this is the name of the delivery service and may not represent the time it takes to get your delivery to your door. The delivery is subject to delay in the courier’s system and or due to traffic and unavoidable situations, such as adverse weather conditions. CellDerma will do it’s best to communicate with you and ensure that your products are with you but cannot be held responsible for 3rd party services or influences on the delivery of your product.

If you do not already have an account you can register a new one. By using a clinic code you automatically give permission for your connected clinic to see your purchasing information.

The Subscribe and Save service entitles you to a discounted price against one-time purchase price and free delivery during your subscription period. If you choose to cancel the subscription you will need to pay the cost for the product as if you had purchased it without Subscribe and Save.
